Head of Marketing

A global investment banking company is looking for a Head of Marketing. The selected candidate will lead strategic brand positioning, content development, digital marketing performance, and client engagement initiatives to strengthen market presence. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in the investment banking sector
• Build innovative marketing plans, align stakeholders, and proactively identify brand growth opportunities
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels while collaborating with global marketing teams on strategic alignment
• Produce thought leadership content, market insights, and research to enhance industry positioning
• Create high-quality client-facing materials and partner with banking teams to support business development narratives
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, SEO, analytics, and high-profile events to optimise engagement and visibility

Requirements:

• Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics
• Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and corporate branding
• Proficient in English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in marketing in financial services or investment banking
