シニアマーケティングマネージャー/ Senior Marketing Manager

A global food processing and production company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager for Japan and South Korea. The selected candidate will drive localised marketing strategy, innovation, and customer engagement to accelerate commercial impact.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute locally relevant marketing strategies aligned with global and regional frameworks
• Co-lead with Sales and CD&D to localise and operationalise strategies using market insights
• Identify capability gaps and co-develop marketing solutions with APeC stakeholders
• Lead Insight-to-Launch innovation from concept to activation
• Drive customer-facing marketing projects, visits, and presentations with cross-functional teams
• Translate market data and trends into actionable insights and compelling storytelling

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or a related field
• More than 7 years of relevant marketing experience (flavors or beverage industry is ideal)
• Experience in market research and analysis, including proficiency with relevant industry databases
• Prior experience collaborating across commercial, R&D, and marketing
  functions to build go-to-market strategies
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese and English; proficient in Korean is a plus
