マーケティングリーダー/ Marketing Lead
A global internet technology company is looking for a Marketing Lead. The selected candidate will lead global marketing strategy, product launches, cross-functional alignment, and performance measurement for gaming initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead global marketing strategy and execution for major gaming industry events
- Own go-to-market strategy for new gaming products, features, and initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional global and regional teams to align priorities, OKRs, and KPIs
- Define and maintain a consistent global gaming narrative and value proposition
- Track campaign performance, analyse KPIs, and deliver insights to executive stakeholders
- Act as a central liaison to localise global strategies and represent the gaming community internally
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a significant focus on the gaming industry
- Experience in B2B marketing, developing strategies and campaigns targeting game publishers and developers
- Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, performance marketing, and media strategy within the context of gaming
- Knowledge in leading global go-to-market (GTM) strategies and large-scale, cross-functional marketing programs
Preferred requirements:
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience in B2C consumer marketing, developing strategies and campaigns to drive user acquisition and community engagement (targeting gaming creators and end-users)
- Prior experience marketing a platform (e.g., social media, video platform) to the gaming industry
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets, business planning, and agency/vendor relationships
- Background with both B2B and B2C customers in an international environment
- Knowledge of the creator economy, influencer marketing, and consumer-facing media strategies within the context of gaming
