POS資材・資産スペシャリスト/ POS Material & Asset Specialist

A global food and consumer goods company is looking for a Point of Sales Material & Asset Specialist. The selected candidate will lead POSM development, in-store activations, vendor coordination, and trade execution to strengthen brand impact and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development and rollout of POSM and brand assets aligned with guidelines
• Manage global vendors and local agencies for sourcing and creative execution
• Support trade marketing programs that drive brand value and commercial results
• Execute in-store activations, manage promoters, and analyse performance data
• Coordinate channel and category strategies, annual planning, and ROI tracking
• Oversee budgets, purchase orders, stock management, and sales enablement tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field
• Experience in a commercial role, (consumer goods industry and/or online platforms is ideal)
• Prior experience in developing and implementing merchandising tactics
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
