マーケティングマネージャー/ Marketing Manager
A multinational management consulting firm is looking for a Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will drive brand positioning, digital presence, integrated campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with Japan, APAC, and global priorities
- Lead annual marketing planning and budget management
- Identify market opportunities and propose innovative approaches to strengthen market position
- Partner with practice leaders and business development on growth initiatives
- Lead sector-specific marketing strategies and thought leadership for assigned practice areas
- Oversee digital strategy, website management, and marketing technology adoption
- Ensure alignment between Japanese digital platforms and global systems
- Oversee publication planning, book production, and relationships with publishers and media partners
- Drive thought leadership initiatives with partners and industry leaders
- Create and manage content strategies, calendars, and multi-format content production
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns tailored to local needs while leveraging global best practices
- Oversee creative direction to ensure culturally relevant messaging
- Utilise Salesforce to track campaign performance and connect marketing activities to outcomes
- Partner with communications teams to integrate marketing and PR efforts
- Collaborate with APAC teams and build strong relationships with local leadership
- Mentor and develop marketing capabilities within the team
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for marketing performance
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience
- Proven experience in professional services, consulting, or complex B2B environments
- Practical experience in book publishing and managing publication projects
- Prior experience in digital marketing strategy and website management
- Experience in Salesforce CRM with the ability to link metrics to business objectives
- Proficient in content marketing strategy and multi-format execution
- Skilled in managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships
- Experience working in matrix organisations with regional or global teams
- Bilingual level Japanese and English
Preferred requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or related field
