マーケティング＆インサイトリード/ Marketing and Insights Lead

A renowned international trading company is looking for a Marketing and Insights Lead. The selected candidate will drive execution of marketing and insights strategies to support product, brand, and customer initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing and insights plans across categories, channels, and brands aligned with business goals
• Analyse internal and external data to uncover market trends and assess business risks and opportunities
• Conduct research to monitor and evaluate products, competitors, and customer behavior
• Collaborate with commercial and R&D teams to deliver unified marketing activations
• Translate insights into strategic recommendations that support business decision-making
• Contribute to development of value propositions, segmentation, and marketing communications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 3 years of professional experience
• Experience in value proposition development is ideal
• Prior experience in marketing planning, digital marketing, and content delivery is a plus
• Proven experience in direct communication with customers with commercial person or R&D person
• Business level English
