エリアマーケティングマネージャー/ Regional Marketing Manager

A multinational digital platform company is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies, campaigns, and partnerships to increase product adoption, pipeline, and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Develop multi-channel activation strategies and go-to-market plans for SMB growth
• Design, oversee, and execute marketing campaigns with internal and external stakeholders
• Create and adapt program narratives, content, and marketing assets based on market insights
• Lead seasonal and evergreen campaigns across online and offline channels
• Implement marketing strategies across various digital platforms
• Monitor campaign performance, optimise initiatives, and scale successful strategies across APAC
• Manage third-party vendors and agencies to ensure effective execution of campaigns

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of B2B marketing experience for SMBs in Japan (APAC experience a plus)
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, lead management, and organic/paid media tactics
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex initiatives
• Ability to analyse data and generate actionable marketing insights
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with digital ads, eCommerce platforms, or app shop
• Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company or consulting
• Background in high-growth tech companies, consulting, or top-tier agencies
