シニアマーケティングマネージャー/ Senior Marketing Manager

A global life sciences company is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will lead and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth and strengthen market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement competitive marketing strategies and programs to achieve business goals
• Partner with internal teams on campaigns, product launches, and KOL engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with commercial teams to design GTM strategies and execute account-based marketing for key clients
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimise pricing and maintain competitive advantage
• Oversee the creation and execution of promotional materials across multiple channels
• Manage event logistics and translation processes to ensure brand consistency and accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or marketing
• More than 10 years of experience in product management, brand management, marketing strategy or other marketing roles
• More than 2 years of people management experience
• Experience in medical device related or B2B areas is a plus
• Prior experience in regional healthcare/diagnostics environment is a preferred
• Proven experience in diagnostics or life science is a ideal
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in English
