マーケティング＆イベント アシスタントマネージャー/ Marketing & Events Assistant Manager

A renowned food & beverage company is looking for a Marketing & Events Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will lead brand communications, campaigns, and events to enhance customer engagement. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain brand identity across all channels
• Plan and execute new menu launches with storytelling and local activations
• Manage loyalty programs and develop creative campaigns to increase retention
• Oversee social media strategy, content calendar, and engagement monitoring
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive marketing and event initiatives
• Coordinate high-quality content creation and ensure timely asset delivery

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing roles within hospitality or retail settings
• Prior experience planning and implementing successful campaigns through digital channels and on-site activations
• Proven experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LINE), analysing engagement data, and optimising content strategies
• Background organising events from ideation to execution (vendor management, budgeting, logistics planning, and post-event reporting)
• Knowledge of brand development principles
• Understanding of loyalty programme mechanics
• Skilled in VMD and storytelling
