地域マーケティングマネージャー/ Regional Marketing Manager

A global consumer goods manufacturer is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the Asia Cluster. The selected candidate will lead product-driven marketing activities, define market strategies, and oversee new product launches across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing strategies and initiatives for assigned product categories
• Align regional market strategies with global business objectives
• Analyse market trends, competition, and consumer insights to guide decisions
• Manage product assortment, pricing, and profitability targets
• Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and phase-out plans
• Collaborate on international projects and coordinate with global headquarters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal (marketing, business administration, or a relevant domain)
• More than 5 years of professional experience
• Experience in leading a category in a business or managing product launches
• Prior interdisciplinary interface management experience
• Proven project and process management experience
• Ability and willingness to travel overseas
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Japanese
