A global beauty and personal care company is looking for a Social Media Specialist / Manager. The selected candidate will lead social media strategy, content creation, and reporting to enhance brand equity and campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement agile social media strategies
• Manage content creation with agencies and internal stakeholders
• Lead integrated social marketing plans and present content strategies
• Create and maintain SNS master calendar and coordinate campaigns
• Oversee social account hygiene and manage crisis control actions
• Generate insights, reports, and case studies to evaluate social impact

Requirements:

• Experience in social media strategic planning
• Prior experience in executing campaigns on Meta Business Suite, ByteDance and Google platforms
• Proven experience with team budget management
• Background in social content creation
• Prior background working with global teams
• Fluent level English
