マーケティングスペシャリスト/ Marketing Specialist

A global telecommunications company is looking for a Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will execute integrated marketing programs to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales pipeline. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Support creation and execution of integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to manage marketing programs
• Collaborate with PR and brand teams to ensure aligned messaging and initiatives
• Oversee regional channel marketing efforts with partners and distributors
• Monitor and optimise program performance using analytics and ROI tracking
• Manage digital marketing initiatives for Japanese audiences, including SEO and SNS

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or marketing
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing (B2B is ideal)
• Experience with inbound marketing, content marketing, social media, telemarketing, event marketing, collateral development
• Prior experience in project management and negotiation
• Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM), social media marketing, and virtual events
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
