マーケティングリード/ Marketing Lead

A global technology company is looking for a Mid-Market Segment Marketing Lead. The selected candidate will develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to drive business growth and pipeline expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for specific segments
• Plan and execute lead generation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Utilise offline and online marketing tactics to enhance engagement and conversion rates
• Create and manage various marketing materials to support campaigns
• Track and report performance metrics to regional and global teams
• Collaborate with APAC and worldwide marketing teams to optimize campaign success

Requirements:

• More than 6 years of experience in B2B marketing
• Experience in planning and executing digital marketing measures
• Prior experience in lead nurturing with marketing automation
• Proven experience with Salesforce or other applications such as CRM
• Background in product marketing, working with MS/Intel funds is plus
• Prior background in a global company is preferred
• Skilled in MS Excel
• Understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics) is ideal
• Proficient in verbal English (TOEIC 850+)
