A renowned international publishing company is seeking a Programming and Development Lead. The selected candidate will devise and execute a comprehensive programming strategy across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement programming strategies for digital platforms
• Lead the creation of innovative content ideas and formats
• Manage and schedule channels to maximise audience engagement
• Collaborate with editorial teams to align programming with brand initiatives
• Optimise content using viewer behavior and engagement metrics
• Monitor performance, report progress, and provide updates to leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience in digital media (content strategy and audience engagement)
• Knowledge of Japanese media landscape and global market trends
• Familiarity with digital and social media best practices and trends
• Understanding of digital content ecosystem
• Background in managing content across platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Proficient in English
