A globally renowned wine company is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will develop and execute trade marketing strategies, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive consumer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual trade marketing strategies tailored for the Japanese market
• Serve as the liaison between brand and sales teams to ensure effective retail execution
• Collaborate with external agencies on campaigns and new product launches
• Drive consumer engagement, gather market insights, and contribute to category growth
• Oversee PR activities, budget management, ROI analysis, and ensure compliance with trade regulations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing within the liquor, wine, or FMCG sectors
• Proven experience in executing marketing plans effectively
• Experience collaborating with suppliers, agencies, and retail partners
• Expertise in leading cross-functional projects and customer engagement initiatives
• Fluent level English and Japanese
