A global electronics company is looking for a Global Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will lead product development, market analysis, and team coordination to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new product opportunities through collaborations with strategic customers and OEM partners
• Lead the development, positioning, and adoption of new products with the R&D team
• Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to enhance product differentiation
• Develop and maintain product pricing strategies for profitable growth
• Create market plans based on customer inputs, market trends, and competitive intelligence
• Lead, motivate, support, and guide cross-functional teams for market plan implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in science or engineering (advance degree in material science or chemistry, and MBA is a plus)
• More than 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
• Experience in research, new product development, product management, technical marketing, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
