マーケティングマネージャー/ Marketing Manager

A global training and development solutions provider is looking for a Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing marketing strategies, content, and digital channels to strengthen brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns utilising content marketing and SEO
• Manage marketing collateral including online ads, brochures, flyers, and advertorials
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts and touchpoints
• Oversee website updates, including adding blogs, videos, and managing content
• Promote content through business social media platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Optimise SEO to drive organic lead growth and improve site performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal
• Experience in service industry marketing is a plus
• Background in event management scheduling, promotion, and logistics
• Prior content marketing background is advantageous
• Skilled in website, business social media and AdWords is preferred
• Native level reading and written Japanese; proficient reading and written in English
