An international sporting goods company is looking for Audience Development Manager. The successful individual will implement audience development aligned with GTM strategy to meet performance targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute audience plans tailored to the market, enhancing brand value
- Coordinate with global marketing team for efficient adaptation to local market
- Execute audience development plans for new product launches and maintain brand image
- Create press releases, plan creative work, and enhance brand value with creative team
- Manage influencers and build relationships with stakeholders for brand exposure
- Optimize external resources and cultivate relationships with agency partners
- Analyse competitor strategies and consumer insights to identify opportunities
- Efficiently manage audience development team and develop human capital
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of marketing or branding experience in the golf sector (manufacturer, retail, or professional)
- More than 3 years of experience in human capital development
- Experience in FMCG or sports
- Understanding of golf gear, technology, and the game
- Knowledge of related domains (sales, supply chain, finance, etc.)
- Proficient in Japanese and English
