An international producer of consumer products is searching for an Athlete Marketing Manager. The chosen candidate will create an athlete portfolio and produce exceptional sports marketing activities. This role is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Choose athletes who perfectly represent the brand
• Execute best practices for the local region in collaboration with key international teams
• Establish reliable sports connections for national talent scouting
• Develop and implement athlete and sports marketing projects with the media network team
• Utilise athletes to develop innovative and challenging projects
• Build brand image as a functional product to optimise consumption in sports events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of work experience in the sporting field
• Experience in sports or marketing organisations
• Capable of managing marketing projects
• Excellent sports knowledge and connections
• Fluent level Japanese and English
