A multinational business consulting firm is searching for a Marketing Communications Manager. The ideal candidate will be accountable for designing marketing and communication roadmaps to drive business growth in Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor local B2B trends
- Develop and deploy corporate communications campaigns
- Ensure effective collaboration with the local sales team
- Oversee digital marketing channels
- Design, execute, and track digital marketing campaigns
- Handle assigned social media platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, mass communication, or advertising
- 8+ years of marketing experience at a sizeable MNC
- Background in digital marketing or corporate communications is ideal
- Skilled in developing internal relationships
- Advanced analytical skills
- Japanese and English proficiency
