A health products manufacturer is looking for a Business Category Manager. The successful candidate will develop and implement the yearly strategic marketing plan of the brand. This position is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Manage brand promotion performance
• Collaborate with related functions and create integrated marketing strategies
• Oversee daily operations of the marketing team for the brands
• Handle marketing budget and maintain financial control
• Take charge of OMO development
• Boost business through new channel development

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in marketing, business management & administration, or equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience in management
• Work experience as a product, business, or marketing manager in the skincare or beauty field
• Excellent project management and market research skills
• Knowledge of agile and lean management applications is ideal
• Fluent level Japanese and English
