A distinguished internet publishing organisation is searching for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager. This position will be in charge of driving client acquisition through various paid media projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the performance of assigned portfolios for new user acquisition projects
- Manage the daily operations of relevant programs
- Identify business growth opportunities through new partners, vendors, and placements
- Cooperate with cross-functional teams to drive effective marketing performance
- Collect and present insights and recommendations to key partners
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in mobile growth hack or performance marketing
- Background in managing large campaigns in various ad platforms
- Knowledgeable of all digital media fundamentals
- Expert skills in MS Excel
- Highly strategic and creative
- Proficient in written and oral Japanese and English
