An international manufacturer of food products and confectionery is looking for a Marketing Manager. The applicant selected for this role will be initiating strategies and new product launches for assigned brands.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a three-year local portfolio and pipelines for key brands
- Analyse the local chocolate market and gather consumer insights
- Identify sourcing opportunities in the global portfolio to cater to the local market needs
- Cooperate with cross-functional teams to execute new product launches
- Supervise the development and execution of brand activation strategies
- Oversee budget management of the brand strategy
- Lead and grow the marketing team through a performance development plan
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5+ years of FMCG marketing experience
- Proven experience in people management
- Skilled in innovation management and effective team building
- Possess marketing communication and research skills
- Native level Japanese; business level English
