A global personal care organisation is looking to hire a Program Manager. The person who enters this role will be responsible for overseeing consultant experience projects to drive the company’s business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee business initiatives
- Develop reports on local programs
- Track consultant program status
- Perform testing for the company’s website
- Review programs and initiatives
- Track qualification requirements for events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is ideal
- Direct sales channel experience is a plus
- Professional experience in a dynamic team environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Understanding of company compensation
- Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
