Head of Regional Marketing

A global automotive parts manufacturer is looking for a Head of Regional Marketing and Head of Sales for its aftermarket business in Japan. The selected candidate will lead regional sales and marketing strategy, strengthen governance, and drive portfolio profitability across Asia-Pacific.

Responsibilities:

• Implement governance frameworks, processes, and tools to manage the marketing mix
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, commercial guidelines, and applicable regulations
• Conduct regular internal audits to maintain operational and regulatory standards
• Align regional teams and lead knowledge transfer on strategic and operational plans
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to grow revenue and improve efficiency
• Manage regional sales and marketing performance, pricing, budgets, and profitability analysis

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in marketing or sales management function in automotive or automotive aftermarket
• Experience with BU3 Aftermarket, products, sales channels, and customers
• Prior marketing, communication and price management experience
• Proficient in English (German or Japanese is ideal)
