マーケティング部長/ Marketing Director

A multinational flexible workspace solutions company is seeking a Marketing Director. The selected candidate will drive marketing strategy, oversee creative and PR initiatives, and manage performance to strengthen brand awareness and growth across Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Evaluate and revise initiatives based on market trends and plan new marketing campaigns
• Analyse performance by channel/product, verify effectiveness, and implement improvement plans
• Direct internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing KPIs
• Serve as final decision-maker for all online and offline advertising creative production
• Plan and execute comprehensive PR strategies, including content creation and media distribution

Requirements:

• Practical experience owning KPIs directly linked to revenue contribution and generating measurable results
• Experience analysing KPIs for marketing initiatives and managing schedules
• Prior experience directing various online and offline advertising creatives
• Experience planning and executing PR strategies, including press releases and media events
• Proven track record of driving online and offline marketing strategies at operating companies
• Business level English (TOEIC 800+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in marketing activities targeting both B2B and B2C markets
• Prior marketing experience within foreign-affiliated companies targeting the Japanese market
• Marketing experience within real estate companies
