Marketing Director

An international paint and coating manufacturer is seeking a Marketing Director. The selected candidate will lead strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, product positioning, and global market alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute short, mid, and long-term brand strategies to strengthen market presence
• Oversee demand forecasting and data-driven decision-making from a marketing perspective
• Transform marketing approaches by introducing innovative practices inspired by global best-in-class companies
• Drive brand positioning and awareness campaigns across domestic and international markets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints
• Coordinate with subsidiaries in over 30 countries to align strategies while adapting to local market needs
• Lead communication with international teams using English as the primary language
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team to execute large-scale initiatives
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the marketing department
• Report marketing performance metrics directly to the CEO and align with senior leadership

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in marketing roles at globally recognised companies
• Proven track record in brand management, product marketing, and leading large-scale B2C operations
• Exceptional leadership experience managing diverse teams across multiple geographies
• Proficient in English
