A renowned investment company is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead the launch and growth of its new Bitcoin-focused brand. The successful candidate will drive integrated marketing initiatives, SEO strategies, and brand storytelling to strengthen digital presence and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and launch of the new Bitcoin.JP brand, defining its identity and positioning
• Design and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and adoption
• Oversee website operations, ensuring optimal user experience and performance
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple company-owned sites
• Produce compelling web content aligned with brand strategy and audience insights
• Build partnerships with media, influencers, and industry leaders while leading and mentoring a growing marketing team

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in marketing leadership
• Experience in launching or scaling new brands is a plus
• Knowledge of major digital marketing tools and fields (Google Analytics/Ads, Content Management, SEO, SEM and CRM, WordPress or a related platform)
• Understanding of HTML/CSS for on-page optimisation and website performance improvements
• Familiarity with Japanese culture and consumer behavior
• Possess media, corporate, or cultural networks within Japan
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English
