Head of Marketing

A global food brand is looking for a Head of Marketing. The selected candidate will formulate and execute brand strategies, drive product development, and oversee marketing plans while managing the marketing team. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop brand strategy for Japan in alignment with the home country's direction
• Formulate and execute mid-to-long-term business and annual marketing plans
• Lead product development, including standard product renewals
• Manage communication strategies across owned, earned, and paid media
• Conduct market research (quantitative/qualitative) to inform strategies
• Oversee P/L management, including cost reduction and pricing strategies
• Manage sales progress and lead new channel development initiatives
• Negotiate with key customers and handle B2B business interactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in consumer goods marketing
• Proven experience in EC business and product development
• Skilled in P/L management and communication strategy formulation
• Ability to lead and manage a team of 3 or more people
• Strong project management skills
• Business level English
