An international eCommerce company is looking for an Associate Director of brand & Content Marketing. The selected candidate will oversee brand marketing initiatives, manage communications and creative projects, and support content marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead brand marketing initiatives across offline and online channels to enhance product visibility and relevance
- Manage campaigns and events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with project goals
- Review and approve marketing assets, maintaining product’s brand voice consistency
- Create and promote content aimed at enhancing awareness and engagement via paid media
- Support various research activities including audience insights and competitive analysis
- Analyse campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve results
Requirements:
- Experience in brand marketing or a similar domain
- Prior experience working with global consumer brands
- Proven experience with large-scale campaigns delivery
- Background in community and social-first thinking campaigns
- Prior background presenting to and encouraging action by senior leaders
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
