ポートフォリオプランナースペシャリスト / Portfolio Planner Specialist

An international consumer goods company is looking for a Portfolio Planner Specialist – Marketing. The chosen candidate will drive business performance through budget and portfolio management, product marketing initiatives, and collaboration on global projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee progress management and reporting of sales and expense budgets for the CMO organisation
• Conduct product sales analysis and reporting
• Manage portfolio and SKU performance to align with business objectives
• Plan and execute cross-category campaigns and communications to enhance existing products
• Analyse the impact of action plans to optimise results
• Support short-term projects in partnership with overseas counterparts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 1 year of experience in product marketing or a related role
• Solid understanding of product marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and basic data analysis
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support negotiations and develop effective proposals
• Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Native level Japanese; business level English
