PMOマネージャー/ PMO Manager

A multinational beauty company is looking for a PMO Manager. The selected candidate will lead sales, marketing, and strategic business planning while driving portfolio performance, operational excellence, and high-impact initiatives across Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Execute Japan business strategies, ensuring operational excellence and portfolio optimisation
• Partner with regional stakeholders to manage glidepaths and address performance or capability gaps
• Drive integrated 4P (Price, Promotion, Placement, Process) strategy across retail, department stores, and e-commerce
• Deliver analyses on product performance, growth levers, supplier efficiency, and customer service to support business decisions
• Facilitate leadership team agendas, meetings, and executive preparations to ensure alignment and strategic focus
• Lead transformation and special projects to unlock growth, improve efficiency, and enable long-term competitiveness

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in strategy, business planning, or consulting, preferably in consumer goods, beauty, or luxury industries
• Experience with cross-functional project leadership and strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in a matrixed global environment
• Proficient in project management and internal/external negotiation
• Knowledge of cosmetics/fragrance industry and Japanese retail landscape and consumer behaviour
• Fluent level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working across diverse Asian markets
