Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies based on thorough analysis
- Plan and execute product promotions
- Drive product sales, growth, profitability, and awareness
- Create sales promotion tools
- Conduct new product training sessions
- Manage and implement the entire category including presentations and product portfolios
- Nurture and guide junior staff members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of planning experience in the product development marketing domain
- More than 3 years of experience developing junior staff in one business company
- Business level English
