A multinational financial services organization is recruiting for a Small Business Solutions Manager. The successful candidate will drive and execute all of business debit expansion strategy with the Head of Business Solutions for Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, refine, develop and deliver the company solutions and platforms such as API or benefit program which will benefit cardholders of the company business debit products, with the Head of Business Solutions for Japan
• Manage budget, plan and execute marketing and advertising activities to benefit business debit issuers
• Hold seminars and conferences and make presentations toward financial institutions regarding business debit product to enhance issuers’ engagement and to capture new opportunities
• Proactively sell B2B solution like the company Business Pay or establish B2B partnership with third parties to capture new and/or untapped B2B payments and strengthen value proposition of business debit product
• Manage P&L and other KPI and performance of entire business debit portfolio

Requirements:

• Knowledge of trends and developments in IT and e-commerce industry
• High proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
• Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese
