ブランドビジネスリーダー/ Brand Business Leader

A global cosmetics and beauty products manufacturer is looking for a Brand Business Leader. The selected applicant will be responsible for leading the launch and growth of a new skin-care brand, driving strategy, execution, performance, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Define the complete launch strategy for a new skin-care brand in the Japanese market, ensuring it resonates with local consumer needs while aligning with the global brand vision
• Lead the end-to-end go-to-market plan, from product assortment and pricing to distribution and the full marketing mix, collaborating closely with sales, digital, and supply chain teams
• Own the brand’s P&L, monitor key performance indicators such as sales, market share, and profitability, and adapt tactics to drive growth
• Act as the voice of the Japanese consumer, gathering deep insights to ensure all brand activities are relevant, engaging, and build strong consumer loyalty
• Guide and develop a small team of product managers, empowering them to achieve their objectives and grow their careers

Requirements:

• Solid background in skincare products or brand marketing
• Experience in building and nurturing a brand's identity and equity
• Strong understanding of business principles and the ability to manage a P&L
• Proficient in analysing consumer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities
• Skilled in managing online and offline activation of retail and trade strategies
• Ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and growth
• Fluent level Japanese and English
