A renowned luxury automotive manufacturer is looking for a Brand Communication professional. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end communication strategy, media execution, digital analytics, partnerships, and cross-functional agency operations for the Japanese market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute 360° communication plans aligned with global strategy for the Japanese market
• Partner with CRM to drive customer research, audience strategy, and localised messaging
• Localise global content and deliver timely communications across owned channels (website, SNS, eDM, member platforms)
• Plan and optimise paid, owned, and earned media with PR collaboration, KPI tracking, and ROI reporting
• Manage website analytics (GA), translate insights into UX improvements, and accelerate digital growth
• Lead sponsorships, KOL partnerships, and event/community communications while coordinating HQ, agencies, and supplier operations

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in marketing, content management, or a similar role in any industry
• Prior experiences working with advertising/creative agencies
• Proven experience in 360 communication development, media planning including social media management, content development
• Skilled in Google Analytics, Meta platforms, and CMS (Content Management Systems)
• Bilingual level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the automotive industry or luxury brand
• More than 1 year of international experience
