アシスタントブランドマネージャー/ Assistant Brand Manager

A multinational food and beverage company is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager. The selected candidate will support brand initiatives, product launches, and overall brand management in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support project management activities to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives and product launches
• Assist in planning and coordinating new product introductions across multiple SKUs
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project milestones and brand objectives
• Contribute to brand development, including SKU renovation and limited-edition releases
• Monitor market trends and consumer insights to support brand strategy
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Senior Brand Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Marketing, Business Management or
  Communications background preferred)
• 2-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry, including a responsibility for a portion of the brand P&L
• Native level spoken Japanese; business level written and verbal English
