品牌与创意设计专家/ Brand and Creative Design Specialist

A global insurance organisation is looking for a Brand and Creative Design Specialist. The selected candidate will develop on-brand visual assets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver creative solutions across digital and print channels.

Responsibilities:

• Design visual assets for digital campaigns and print materials
• Maintain and evolve brand identity in line with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and copywriting teams on creative concepts
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to final production
• Develop creative ideas aligned with marketing goals and target audiences
• Apply design tools and best practices while staying current with design trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience in design
• Experience in design for both digital and traditional media
• Prior experience working with creative agencies
• Knowledge of marketing principles and user experience
• Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign)
• Business level English; proficient in Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience writing for marketing channels
