ブランドマネージャー / Brand Manager - Hematology

A global pharmaceutical and healthcare company is looking for a Brand Manager. The selected applicant will lead and execute the brand strategy to drive successful product launch and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Accomplish the successful launch of the new indication by working closely with brand team members
• Develop marketing strategy through close collaboration with various stakeholders
• Identify opportunities and approaches to better meet customer needs in the short and long term
• Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organisations, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement a strategy
• Develop promotional materials such as brochures and tools for HCPs and patients
• Plan and execute congress activities, including sponsored seminars, symposiums, and advertisements
• Plan and execute sales force training in collaboration with the field training team
• Work collaboratively with internal functions, including Medical and Sales, to implement commercial programs
• Manage external vendors
• Manage budgets
• Communicate brand tactics clearly to the sales force for flawless implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in marketing
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills
• Analytical ability and an innovative mindset
• Ability to work in a matrix or cross-functional environment
• Proficient in Japanese; advanced level written and verbal English (TOEIC 700+)

Preferred requirements:

• Sales or healthcare industry experience
