A multinational insurance company is looking for a Brand Engagement Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will lead brand campaigns across digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful brand engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and management of annual brand campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners
• Develop project briefs aligned with global brand strategy and oversee creative quality
• Manage project schedules, operations, and delivery to ensure timely execution
• Ensure consistent messaging and clear CTAs throughout campaigns
• Safeguard brand identity and oversee owned media channels to meet standards and enhance brand experiences

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in account management at an advertising agency or client side
• More than 5 years of experience in brand marketing with a focus on brand identity and strategy in Japan
• Proven experience working with global brands within a multinational company
• Skilled in SNS and digital marketing, project management, and stakeholder negotiation
• Strong interest in advertising, technology, and marketing trends
• Bilingual level Japanese and English
