アシスタントブランドマネージャー/ Assistant Brand Manager
A multinational FMCG company is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager. The selected candidate will support brand strategy and lead marketing execution to drive growth, enhance market share, and strengthen brand engagement in Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing activities for globally recognised cereal brands
- Support the planning and execution of brand strategies to accelerate business growth and enhance brand value
- Lead the creation of compelling digital and social media brand experiences that align with brand purpose and objectives
- Drive marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and consumer loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG
- Experience working with overseas teams is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to lead cross-functional teams
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
