アシスタントブランドマネージャー/ Assistant Brand Manager
A global consumer goods company is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager. The selected candidate will develop and execute social-first marketing plans, digital campaigns, and e-commerce initiatives to drive growth and strengthen brand equity.
Responsibilities:
- Support and co-lead the development of social-first marketing plans aligned with brand strategy and equity
- Execute marketing plans across media and communication channels to drive growth and market share
- Manage local agency partnerships and collaborate closely with global and local marketing teams
- Develop best-in-class digital and social brand experiences that build purpose and achieve marketing objectives
- Lead digital and e-commerce execution in partnership with demand creation and external agencies
- Monitor brand budget and performance to ensure accurate forecasting and delivery of targets
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields
- Proven experience in the consumer goods industry, ideally within beauty, personal care, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors
- Proficient in integrated marketing planning across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels
- Prior experience in managing creative, media, and digital agencies
- Experience in developing e-commerce or D2C strategies and optimising digital customer experiences
- Skilled in financial management, including budgeting and performance tracking
- Deep understanding of social-first marketing, influencer engagement, and content strategy
- Proficient in data analytics for marketing performance and insights
- Ability to handle crisis communication and issue management effectively
