ブランドコミュニケーションマネージャー/ Brand Communication Manager

A global leader in the beauty and cosmetics industry is looking for a Brand Communication Manager. The selected candidate will define and execute communication strategies to develop brand image, visibility, and reinforce its reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute communication strategies to enhance brand image, visibility, and local reputation
• Build and implement a 360° external communication strategy aligned with international and local business objectives
• Develop communication plans in collaboration with the Brand Director and stakeholders
• Implement integrated communication campaigns for product launches and brand events, while monitoring KPIs and ROI
• Manage media relations (consumer, professional, trade) and establish media mapping for brand visibility
• Handle public relations, including spokespersons, ambassadors, and influencers, and adapt the brand’s positioning locally

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of professional experience
• More than 5 years of experience in Communications or PR (online/offline)
• Proven experience with both traditional and digital media
• Ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders
• Proficient in English
