ブランドマネージャー/ Brand Manager

An international beverage company is searching for a Brand Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing programmes that support the salesforce in achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing programmes to support salesforce in achieving sales targets
• Take full responsibility for all components of brand strategy in Japan
• Lead the preparation and roll-out of annual Japan brand plans
• Manage social media agencies, bringing fresh ideas in key areas
• Provide local expertise on consumer research and insights projects
• Handle field marketing tasks such as merchandising, mystery shopping, store audits, promotion inspection

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in brand or trade marketing (luxury or lifestyle brand is highly advantageous)
• Experience in marketing strategy, agency management, and budget responsibility
• Expert in brand building, demand creation, and brand community management
• Proven capacity for developing & implementing cross channel marketing plans
• Good working knowledge of the consumer landscape and various touchpoints
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
