ブランドマネージャー/ Haemophilia – Brand Manager

A multinational biopharmaceutical company is searching for a Haemophilia – Brand Manager. The chosen applicant will contribute to creating and leading the commercial strategy and tactics of the haemophilia portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a plan based on analysis obtained from data, facts, and insights, and lead commercial activities by leveraging omni-channels
• Set appropriate KPIs for commercial activities and keep updating plans and actions based on feedback
• Create materials based on insights obtained through analytics to deliver information and messages to encourage HCPs and consumers to prescribe haemophilia products
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses and research to earn customer insights for revenue forecasts and commercial tactics
• Adhere to company policies, compliance rules and regulations, SOPs, and pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in commercial (brand marketing, digital marketing, or sales strategy or management)
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking and ability
• Strong leadership, project management, and coordination skills across large groups of cross-functional teams
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
