ブランドマネージャー/ Brand Manager

A global premium spirits and wine company is looking for a Brand Manager. The selected candidate will drive consumer recruitment and brand equity growth for their prestigious champagne and wine portfolio. This is a contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute 12-month brand plans to support sales acceleration and brand growth
• Prepare high-level brand presentations, offering strategic insights and creative thinking
• Align Japan strategies and plans with Brand Companies
• Define and implement efficient investment mixes across touchpoints to drive sales and equity growth
• Develop and implement media, digital, PR, brand events, and visibility programs
• Ensure buy-in from Commercial and Trade Marketing teams for strong plan rollout
• Evaluate marketing activations quantitatively and qualitatively to optimise performance
• Monitor and control operating costs and expenditures to align with budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in Marketing with proven success in Brand Building
• Strong digital and media expertise
• Passionate about luxury brands, wine, and gourmet
• Business level English and Japanese (French is a plus)
