A renowned outdoor apparel and equipment company is seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will support the development of integrated marketing plans and execute daily marketing activities. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement promotion plans for the brand and products
- Plan and execute consumer-facing events to build emotional connections with the brand
- Establish relationships with media, stylists, and editors to maximise brand exposure
- Provide products to athletes and ambassadors to increase media and SNS visibility
- Utilise influencers to enhance brand image and exposure
- Develop content for the company’s social media channels
- Build strong relationships with internal departments for effective plan development
- Implement regional partnership projects to grow the brand's fan base
- Prepare and present marketing plans and results at various meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 3 years of marketing experience
- Experience managing multiple projects with on-brief, on-budget, and on-time delivery
- Prior agency and production management experience
- Deep understanding of media channels, trends, and content types
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus)
- Must be physically fit for outdoor activities (hiking/mountaineering)
- Ability and willingness to ravel
- Possess a valid driver’s licence
- Proficient in English
