A global social networks company is seeking a Brand & Partnerships Manager. The successful candidate will drive brand marketing strategy and build strong partnerships within the local market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies
- Build a reputable brand presence for international dating
- Cultivate strong relationships with creators, influencers, and agencies
- Optimise communication channels for customer retention
- Manage and develop media assets, including blogs and social media
- Analyse performance metrics to enhance strategy and efficiency
- Collaborate with the design team to create and refine creative concepts
- Conduct market and competitor analysis for strategic insights
- Monitor campaign results and provide actionable feedback
- Test and implement new approaches based on competitor activities
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in developing and implementing brand strategies for the local market
- Experience in building and managing partnerships with key stakeholders (local brands, agencies, and influencers)
- Experience in a similar role in the Japanese market (B2C digital products is preferred)
- Understanding of the Japanese media landscape
- Skilled in leveraging various channels for brand promotion (traditional and digital)
- Fluent level Japanese (native is ideal) and English
