An international medical devices manufacturer is searching for a Brand Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for delivering the target P&L by managing both the top-line and bottom-line through commercial execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop short-term and long-term brand growth strategies in partnership with regional and global brand teams
- Facilitate end-to-end marketing plan development as a growth engine for the brand
- Contribute to developing a strong innovation pipeline in close partnership with regional teams
- Manage yearly BME planning
- Showcase leadership imperatives for people development and organisational growth
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals through strong engagement and envisioning
Requirements:
- More than 4 years of brand marketing experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and regional teams
- Background in data analysis (retail (POS), consumer panel (Intage), MMM, price elasticity)
- Knowledge of P&L management, market data analysis, or business driver analysis
- Strong project management skills
- Business level Japanese and English
