A global beverage company is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager. The selected candidate will assist with brand planning, execution of marketing programs, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand growth.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse business performance, market trends, and competitor activities to support strategic planning
- Assist in translating brand visions into actionable plans aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager on the development, execution, and evaluation of marketing programs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners for effective brand management
- Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market campaigns and initiatives
- Track and monitor the status and results of marketing projects to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 2 years of relevant marketing experience
- Practical experience in FMCG, luxury goods, or emotional lifestyle/image brands
- Experience working for a foreign company, especially a U.S. or European company
- Proficient in developing and managing marketing resources and tools
- Keen eye for curating refined brand experiences for super-premium shoppers
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally and attend evening and weekend events
- Proficient in Japanese and English
